Information on processing personal data
Legislative Decree 196/2003
DIEMME S.p.A. guarantees the maximum reserve in processing your personal data, pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 196/2003. Special security measures are provided to avoid the data being lost, against illicit use, against forbidden use and against unauthorised access. The data that is gathered is used for the aims involved with the service that is offered and for fulfilling legal obligations. The data is processed and filed, also using electronic methods, for the time required to complete the above service and fulfil the legal obligations and for the time required by civil and fiscal regulations. Knowledge can be acquired of the data, within the limits required for the preparation of the contract and relative obligations, by employees who are appointed or responsible for this, and could be communicated to third parties. It is not compulsory to supply your data, but if you refuse it will be impossible for you to have access to the services offered by DIEMME S.p.A., and it will be impossible to continue with the contracted relationship. The persons the data refers to, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 have the right at any time to obtain confirmation that the data exists, to know the exact form of the contents and where it was obtains, check that the data is correct and request that it be added to, updated or changed. The person also has the right to request the data be cancelled, be transformed into an anonymous form, or block the data being processed if it is in breach of law, and also may oppose the data being processed for legitimate reasons.
