All products destined on the international market, to prevent that the quality of the product be compromised, when packaged, and before thermosealing, flush the product with nitrogen so as to drive out any oxygen. This system, known as gas flushing, guarantees excellent packaging results that leave less than 1% of oxygen residue. It also prevents oxidation, keeps its organoleptic characteristics intact for longer periods, and slows down the ageing process of coffee. Thanks to it, even long distance destinations and far away markets are sure to taste an outstanding quality of coffee.
